When I add a new constituent record I enter a phone number on the window before saving. When Altru creates the constituent the phone number was added to the record but there was no country attached to the phone number.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed currently in the Altru software. Product Development will be focusing development resources in other existing areas of the product, as well as new feature development. You can edit the phone number after creating the constituent record and select the country at that time.
