This can occur for multiple reasons.
  1. The recommendation was already submitted by the user.
  2. The recommendation was sent out to another user.
  3. The recommendation was sent to the same user multiple times and the link became in valid.
Currently, only one link remains active at a time. In order to allow users access to the recommendation forms, follow the steps below.

1. As the parent, select the child for whom the recommendation is needed.
2. Select Admissions Progress
3. Click on the Recommendation item to see who it was last sent to and when.
4. Select Resend Request
5. Enter the name of the teacher, email and any additional comments and then send the request.

The teacher will receive an email with a new link to fill out the recommendation form.
