If this is occurring in a single browser:
  1. Zoom out in the browser until this is visible again.
    • Clicking Ctrl-Minus Sign (-) will zoom the browser out and allow the full screen to be viewed.
  2. Clear your browser cache.
  3. Close and reopen the browser.
  4. Navigate to the NXT web view again to verify this information is restored.
Note: If you have multiple databases in the Blackbaud SKY environment, you may also see an icon on the top right of the NXT omnibar that looks like a stack of coins, known as the Databases icon. If you click on the database icon, the option for Open database view will be listed here.
