Please see our help documentation on how Cart items can be marked as fulfilled.
  1. Click Queries
  2. Click Manage Queries
  3. Select a Category to place this new Query under - (ex: Base)
  4. Click New Query (under Tasks)
  5. Enter a descriptive Name for this new Query
  6. For the Starting Query, select the following: Base / All Constituents
  7. For the Data Return Type, select: Journal Entries (if you'd like to see the individual items in your results...)
  8. Under Browse Fields, click the drop down menu and select Journal
  9. Click to add the field: Transaction Order Item Fulfilled
  10. Select No (this will find any item that does not have the Fulfillment Date populated)
  11. Click Save And - Preview
