Constituent List Map Function generates error when refreshed

After creating a complex map filter based on a large geographic area and trying to apply the filter, user receives error "Sorry, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or come back later"
The list will not refresh at any time.
Creating a Custom Filter does not have a limit for the number of points used; however, the more points used in drawing the filter, the performance will degrade.  Complex maps may generate this error.  Generally, the drawing a map filter is intended for 5--10 points.

Product Engineers are working on adding a filter that would permit filtering on a city/province/state specifically instead of using a drawing filter.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create new list in NXT
2. Filter on Location
3. Draw a custom area around large geographic area with multiple curves
4. Click Apply and error appears
