You can disable two-step authentication if you can no longer receive authentication codes or if you want to change your account settings. On your BBID profile, under Two-step authentication, select Turn off. Then enter your password to confirm and select Turn off again.

If you cannot log into your Blackbaud ID profile in order to disable two-step authentication on your own, chat with support and reference this article. We can reset your two-step authentication so that you can register a new device the next time you log in. Once this is done, you can leave two-step authentication enabled or turn it off from your Blackbaud ID profile.

You will need to provide your phone number and confirm your request to reset two-factor authentication before this can be completed.
