Donor constituency not granted for donations

While reviewing constituent records in Altru you may notice that some constituents are not granted the donor constituency even though they have made donations in Altru through pledges, standalone donations, or recurring gifts
In Altru, the donor constituency will be granted based on the revenue and transaction types stated in your reporting filters. Only donations with revenue and transaction types stated in the reporting filters will grant a donor constituency on the constituent's record.
  1. Click Revenue > Reporting filters
  2. Click the arrow next to your default revenue filter > click edit
  3. Mark the corresponding payment and revenue type that should grant a donor constituency in Altru
