1. Go to Sales > Daily Sales and click the Membership button

  1. Search for and select a constituent record. If no existing constituent record is found, add a new record for the prospective member. Click Add to add them as a constituent
    1. If you are adding them as a new constituent, enter key contact information for them. We suggest that at minimum, First name, Last name, Title, and either Phone number or Email address be entered
    2. Click Save

  1. The window will close and the name of the person you just entered is displayed on the sales page. A new window opens to display the membership programs offered. Select the membership program by clicking on it. Click the Give a membership button if the person is purchasing the membership for someone else

  1. On the subsequent window, select the Membership Level and confirm the term length and expiration date. If the membership level being sold allows for 2+ members, additional members can be added now under the Members section or can be added later by your membership office. If the person wants to give this membership as a gift, click the "Make it a gift" button to enter information on the person receiving the gift.
  2. Click Save

  1. The window closes and the Daily Sales screen is displayed. You can see the name of the new member on the left and details of the membership in the order summary on the right

  1. You can now add payment and click Complete to finish the sales process when ready. You can add additional items to this same transaction, if needed. If the membership purchase qualifies the new member for any automatic discounts on tickets or merchandise, they will be automatically included in this transaction
