Unable to view journal when using full site on a mobile device.

When accessing eTapestry through a mobile device using iOS 10.3.3 or higher, if you go to a constituent's journal the page does not load at all, which prevents the user from creating journal entries. This prevents you from adding new journal entries like calendar items, gifts, notes etc.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release and will update this article when we have more information.

In the meantime, please use the eTapestry mobile version to add journal entries when you are on the go.

Steps to Duplicate

  • Sign into the full site using a mobile device running iOS 10.3.3 or 11.0.3
  • Search for and go to a constituent's account
  • Click Journal (the page may spin continuously, but if it does load move to next step)
  • Click Add (the Add a journal entry window does not appear)
