A user signs into Filezilla 3, clicks on the client name and they don't see the usual directory of files that they normally see when they are logged in.
1. Click on the network button to reconnect again. Highlight the client you wish access to. 2. Make sure your username is correct. 3. Make sure the host address is correct - If you are not sure, check your password access program. If it is not listed there, contact TA support and they will compare the address under 'Host' to what it should be. If it is wrong, they can provide you with the right one.
