- Confirm the reservation is today or a previous date. You can not check in a group until the date of the reservation.
- Confirm you have one of the following system roles: Group Sales Coordinator, Guest Services Manager or Ticket Seller. If you need one of these roles, have a user with system admin rights to add one of these system roles to you.
