Recognition Program does not pick up appropriate revenue / apply correct recognition level

When processing a Recognition Program, one may notice some constituents' revenue is not being recognized, and thus the correct recognition level isn't applied to the constituent.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 

Steps to Duplicate

1.   Review revenue records that should be recognized and ensure they fit the criteria to be included in your Recognition Program.
2.   Navigate to Constituents > Constituent recognition processes, and select the appropriate process for your recognition program. From the process record, click Start process.
4.   After process completes, navigate back to your recognition program record and check the Recognized Donors tab again. See the constituent is still not recognized at the appropriate level.
