Black Screen when Launching FIMS from HostNet after Windows 10 Upgrade

After logging into HostNet and launching FIMS, a black box will appear rather than the FIMS shell.
This is caused by the resolution on the monitor and the text size being too large to display FIMS on the desktop. To fix this right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings. Change the resolution to a lower setting and also set the text size for 100% if it is set for higher setting.
