  1. Please try clearing browser cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files, close the browser, and then sign in again. 
  2. Try having your IT department log into the workstation as an Administrative User, and if you are able to access Altru in IE as an Administrator, then your IT department will need to review the roles and user setup for that workstation.
