The student role and grad year will need to be removed for the manager to be able to view the report cards without conflict. To do this:
  1. Navigate to Core > Users
  2. Hover over People Finder> Search for and select the preferred user
  3. Select the Access Tab
  4. Within the Personas section, expand the Student Section
  5. Select the Pencil Icon > Select Edit School Enrollment
  6. Select the trashcan icon to delete the Enrollment Row
  7. Select Save
This will remove any record of the user being enrolled. Once that is removed the student role will no longer be assigned and there will be no conflict when the Manager generates the report cards.
