When manually entering credit card transactions into an Enhanced Revenue Batch, one may encounter the following error:

An error occurred while sending credit card information to the Blackbaud Payment Service. Save the batch to try again. An error occurred while receiving credit card information from the Blackbaud Payment Service. Save the batch to try again.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create a new Enhanced Revenue Batch.

2. Enter constituent and payment information.

3. Tab to the next line and immediately receive error (usually occurs after entering two lines of data).
