Error: Unable to Connect to the Web Service. Please Contact Support for Help when Running the Profile Watchlist Check

When running the profile Watchlist check the error occurs.
Progress 10
This issue was caused by the certs in D:Npo\source\FIMS\Bin\ProgressCerts  not being copied over to D:Npo\dlc\certs.
The solution is to copy all of the certs in D:Npo\source\FIMS\Bin\ProgressCerts and paste them into D:Npo\dlc\certs and the issue will no longer occur.
This can be done while users are logged into the system.

Progress 11
This issue was caused by the certs in D:Npo\source11\FIMS\Bin\ProgressCerts  not being copied over to D:Npo\dlc11\certs.
The solution is to copy all of the certs in D:Npo\source11\FIMS\Bin\ProgressCerts and paste them into D:Npo\dlc11\certs and the issue will no longer occur.
This can be done while users are logged into the system.”

 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Profiles
2. Click on the gear symbol on the left hand side of the page
3. In the window that opens select the radial button for Run Watchlist Check
4. Click OK
5. On the next window that opens, the Check Watchlist for Reported ID Codes window, check the checkbox labeled ID Code and then click the OK button on the bottom of the window.
6. See error occur.
