Blackbaud has created a Call Center application for organizations that make outbound calls asking for donations. Since vital information for callers comes from The Raiser’s Edge and information collected is recorded in The Raiser’s Edge, Blackbaud offers a standard add-in which provides callers with an interface which will present relevant information and allow callers to record new or updated information related to the call. The Call Center Standard Add-In will be implemented as a Windows application which runs outside The Raiser’s Edge.
