You can enter in an email address in Altru to get forgot password emails so you can reset your password.
In the top right, click Welcome, username.
Select Update email address.
Enter in your valid email address.
Note: these steps will only work if your organization has not been updated to Altru version 4.98 and the new Blackbaud ID sign in experience. Once your organization is updated to Blackbaud ID, the email address on your Altru account will be the email address you log into Blackbaud.com with.
