Take the following steps to find a deactivated family and the reactivate the family on Smart Tuition.
  1. Start at the school's main landing page and select the desired academic year
  2. Hover over the Families tab on upper left side of page and select Manage Families 
  3. From the Manage Families page find the Filters box < Family Status < Deactivated
  4. Check the family you want to reactivate from the list of Deactivated names
  5. Click on Perform Batch Action < Activate < SAve Changes 
The Family has now been Activated; edits to family information, billing and all other activity can be applied to the family record.
