- Click Families
- Click the Family Name
- Hover over the arrow in the blue bubble on the left side of the page
- Click More Options
- Click Payment Settings
- Click the Payment Plan Tab
- Click Select New Plan
- Select New Plan from the drop down
- Click Preview Plan
- Verify Billing information is correct
- Enter Reason For Change
- Click Change Plan
From a different Family account:
- Type the Family Name in the search bar at the top right
- Click the Family Name
- Hover over the arrow in the blue bubble on the left side of the page
- Click More Options
- Click Payment Settings
- Click Payment Plan
- Click Select New Plan
- Select New Plan from the drop down
- Click Preview Plan
- Verify Billing information is correct
- Enter Reason For Change
- Click Change Plan
- Hover over Family ID located in the green bar on the Family Home Page
- Click Payment Settings (the little house)
- Click Payment Plan
- Click Select New Plan
- Select New Plan from the drop down
- Click Preview Plan
- Verify Billing information is correct
- Enter Reason For Change
- Click Change Plan
