From the Smart Tuition Home Page:
  1. Click Families
  2. Click the Family Name
  3. Hover over the arrow in the blue bubble on the left side of the page
  4. Click More Options
  5. Click Payment Settings
  6. Click Payment Plan
  7. Click Select New Plan
  8. Select New Plan from the drop down
  9. Click Preview Plan
  10. Verify Billing information is correct
  11. Enter Reason For Change
  12. Click Change Plan

From a different Family account:
  1. Type the Family Name in the search bar at the top right
  2. Click the Family Name
  3. Hover over the arrow in the blue bubble on the left side of the page
  4. Click More Options
  5. Click Payment Settings
  6. Click Payment Plan
  7. Click Select New Plan
  8. Select New Plan from the drop down
  9. Click Preview Plan
  10. Verify Billing information is correct
  11. Enter Reason For Change
  12. Click Change Plan
Shortcut:
  1. Hover over Family ID located in the green bar on the Family Home Page
  2. Click Payment Settings (the little house)
  3. Click Payment Plan
  4. Click Select New Plan
  5. Select New Plan from the drop down
  6. Click Preview Plan
  7. Verify Billing information is correct
  8. Enter Reason For Change
  9. Click Change Plan
