There are several factors affecting when billing must be set by. Generally speaking a families' billing must be set 20 days prior to their due date. This is because the families' invoices are sent 20 days prior to their due date. This invoice timing ensures that there is enough time for the family to receive their bill and send in a payment to the processing center. Auto-debit families receive their Prior to Debit Invoice 10 days prior to their due date as there is no need for them to manually make a payment.

Notes:
  • The invoice timing, or number of days prior to the due date that invoices are sent by, can be adjusted to any number.Though we do suggest not setting it to less than 10 days.
