Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same. We appreciate your patience as we work to update our documentation. If you are seeing this message, the content of this solution is still being vetted for possible updates. Please refer to this mapping document if you need assistance finding a task in the new navigation.
When running a report, users may receive the following error message.
Error: You are seeing this page because a violation caused a specific HTTP Error code to be returned."
Blackbaud K-12 conducts routine maintenance during a weekly maintenance and testing window on Saturdays from 12:00AM - 6:00AM EST. If you are receiving this error when running reports during this time frame, this is likely the cause.
If running the report outside of the weekly maintenance and testing time frame, it could be because the user does not have sufficient rights to run the report.
1. As a Platform Manager select Analyze > Reports > Report Admin. 2. Locate the Report and select Role or Users. 3. If selecting Role, make sure that the user has a role that is included to run those reports. 4. If selecting User, add the user so that they have access to run the report.
