I need to change the time a group arrives. When I try to change the arrival time I receive the message, "An itinerary item exists before this time. Please enter another arrival time."
This occurs when we have an item scheduled on the itinerary that occurs before the time the reservation is scheduled to arrive. To correct, follow the below steps, then attempt to adjust the reservation arrival time once more:
From the reservation, underneath Manage itineraries click on the itinerary
On the calendar, click your scheduled item and select Edit
