Secure Payments template(s) not synching

When attempting to connect to a payment page in BBIS, the page does not sync. 

This issue is specific to templates uploaded from a Non-production instance.  

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to BBIS.
2. Navigate to a transaction manager part on a page.
3. Click the add card button.
4. It redirects you to a page where the template is not synching.
