Currently when an Administrator logs into the GIFTS Online Reviewer Portal they do not have access to unlock any locked out users. However, at this time, users are not appearing to be locked out.
If you have a user in need of login assistance trying to access the Reviewer Portal, please have them reset their password using 1 of 2 ways:
1. Full search for contacts in GIFTS 2. Search by email address, and select the filter for Reviewer Portal Access as well 3. Select the reviewer in your search result by checking the box next to the matching record and click on associated Review records (on the lower left) 4. Open any review for this reviewer and select action > generate email > email from template 5. Select the template Password Reset > generate correspondence 6. The next window that pops up contains the link the reviewer would need to click on within 24 hours to reset their password. You can either send this email from GIFTS or copy the link and send it to the reviewer from your own email
Have your reviewer click Forgot Password at the login screen
