Report Cards are duplicated when previewing

Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud's School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. This primarily affects users performing administrative tasks-constituent navigation for most parents, students, faculty, and alumni will remain the same.

When looking at a student's report card, users may notice that a duplicate report card exists.
This occurs when there is more than one mailing address on the student's Contact Card. To resolve, select the Contact Card and remove the additional mailing address.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to onRecord > People Finder
2. Search for a student
3. Preview Report Card
4. Notice that report card appears multiple times
