- Core > Security
- Select Roles
- Click Add
- Give the Role a Name
- Select the Radio Button next to Platform Manager
- Click Next
- Click Next Again
- Search for and Select the Name(s) of the User(s) to be added to the Role
- Click >> to move the Users over to the Added Users Section
- Click Save & Exit
- Click into the New Role Name
- Click Tasks
- Click Edit in the upper right
- Mark the Task for Emergency Bulletin
- Click Save & Exit
Log out, and back in as the User, and they will now have access to the Emergency Bulletin. See How do I add an emergency bulletin? on how to create an Emergency Bulletin after the Role has been added.
