1. Either from the Case Central ticket, or the email you received, click the Link to the attached filed
  2. Enter your email on the landing page and click Submit

    Note: This MUST be the email address which the ticket update was sent to, if you provide a different email, you will not be able to access the file
  3. An email with a verification code will be sent to you, check your email to retrieve the code. It will look like this:

  4. Enter the Email Verification Code and optionally select "Remember me on this machine for 30 days"
  5. Click Submit
  6. Click the Download link to access the file
