To allow the form to process payment through a shopping cart, the form will need to proceed to a payment page.

  1. Navigate to Site Explorer > Forms.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit the form in question.
  3. Select the payments tab.
  4. Under payment setup, select the radio button for Use a payment part.
  5. Select a payment page from the payment page drop down.
  6. Save the form.


If no options display from the payment page drop down, this indicates that there is not an existing payment page on your site. To create a payment page:

  1. Create a new page.
  2. Edit the page.
  3. Click in an empty content pane or gear icon where you'd like the shopping cart displayed and select New Part.
  4. For part type, select Payment 2.0 and adjust the settings in the part as needed. 
  5. Save.
  6. Click in an empty content pane or gear icon where you'd like the shopping cart displayed and select New Part.
  7. For part type, select Payment Summary 2.0 and adjust the settings in the part as needed. 
  8. Save.
