I can log into Luminate Online just fine as an Admin. When I select Luminate Beta from the blue Luminate Online button at the top-right corner of the admin page, I'm taken to another login screen. When I enter my Admin credentials again I receive a "Username or Password is Invalid" message.
This may be due to a redirect issue where Luminate Beta reroutes to an incorrect page. To confirm if this is the situation, please capture a screenshot of the URL of the login page, reference this article, and Contact Support.
