Spot Rate Not Totaling US Dollars in the Opportunities and Asks Summary

When an Opportunity gets created using USD currency, the accepted total is not updating and the datalist on the Opportunity is showing $0. This appears to happen to all currency conversions using the Spot Rate.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Run as App User that has ability to utilize the My Fundraiser Page.
2. Go to Prospects > Prospect management > My Fundraising Page
3. Under Prospect tab > go to Plans >add Plan
4. On new plan, go to Opportunities tab and add a new one.
5. Make the Expected ask amount any dollar amount and save.
6. Click the plan (should be colored blue) just made under the Plan Name column.
7. Select the Opportunity tab and +Add button.
8. Make the Status: Qualified, select an Opportunity type, Ask Amount, make the Transaction currency one that uses the Spot Rate (EUR dollars for example) and Save.
9. Select the Go To Opportunity option and notice the Expected amount.
10. Now go back to the My Fundraising page > Opportunities and Asks tab
11. Under the Completed tab, show dates for this current month and notice the Accepted amount is $0. On the plan Opportunities tab the Accepted amount will show $0 as well.
