If you wish to purge your Application History, you will need to reach out to Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case through Case Central so that we can review the request and forward it on to our Services Desk.

This request will need to be submitted by your foundation's Web Administrator and we will need to know the specific date that you would like to purge up until in order to forward the case.
