Submit a ticket through under the Smart Tuition product. The customer support team will direct this ticket to the data import team.

When submitting a data upload be sure to include:
  • Description of where the data you are uploading is going ( What month)
  • Description of the data you are uploading ( Fee or discount name) 
  • File attachment with the needed data.

When a member of the data team is processing your request, they will reach out to you through the newly created ticket.
