Is the Consequence in question set up to send email notifications?
- Go to Academics> Conduct> Conduct Setup
- Click the Consequence tab.
- Click the pencil icon next to the consequence in question.
- If the Notify Staff option is marked, the consequence is set up to send email notifications.
Has a staff member been assigned to the consequence?
- Go to Academics > People Finder > Student's name > Conduct Tab.
- Edit the Infraction.
- Click Add Consequence.
- Use the Assigned to drop-down to choose the appropriate Staff member.
- Click Send.
