1. Use the Search field in the upper right to locate your family by Family ID, or through Families > Manage Families
  2. Open the "What Can I Do?" menu on the left by hovering over the blue arrow tab
  3. Click on Edit Billing Details.
  4. Update the billing items needed by replacing the existing amount in the month required (you may also update the total amount column and spread the new amount across the available months).
  5. Enter a reason for the change
  6. Click Save Changes
