All communication sent to a family is logged in the system under each family's account.
1. After logging into the system, select the family whose communication you are trying to view. 2. Hover over the blue tab with the white arrow to access the menu on the the side of the page. 3. Select More Options > Communication History.
From here, you will be able to navigate between email communication sent to families, as well as any time we made an attempt to call them regarding a past-due balance.
For email communication, you will be able to see exactly what was sent to the family.
