To get started, you need to have a account. If you don't have one, follow these steps. Scroll down to the next section if you already have an account.
  1. Have your site administrators invite you to and you need to click the link in your invitation email to create your profile on 
  2. Complete the sign up process to create a Blackbaud ID account:
  3. Click Sign in on
  4. Click Don't have an account? Create a new one on the login screen.
  5. Complete the form and then log into
To access the support pages, you need the Blackbaud ID account, an internal organizational record and the two linked together. If you receive a not associated error message after logging into, follow this Knowledgebase article: Error: It appears you have a valid Blackbaud account, but you are not currently associated with any organizations

If you already have a account, follow these instructions:
  1. Go to and click 'login' in the upper right hand corner.
  2. When prompted, login using your account credentials. 
  3. Fill out the onboarding steps including product interest and profile information for a better Community experience.
  4. Start interacting in the Blackbaud Community.
