- Logging into the family's account
- Click on the payment amount under the Paid column or you can go to Payment History and click on the payment amount
- Once the payment details are displayed, the status will be shown at the bottom
- The different payment statuses are:
- Ready - the payment was just submitted that day
- In-Process - we are waiting for the bank's response if the funds can be collected
- Success - the funds were collected
- Failed - the payment was not processed successfully. A detailed description will be displayed on the Payment Details popup.
- Settled - the funds were transferred to the school
