You can view the status of a payment by:
  1. Logging into the family's account
  2. Click on the payment amount under the Paid column or you can go to Payment History and click on the payment amount
  3. Once the payment details are displayed, the status will be shown at the bottom 
  4. The different payment statuses are:
    1. Ready - the payment was just submitted that day
    2. In-Process - we are waiting for the bank's response if the funds can be collected
    3. Success - the funds were collected
    4. Failed - the payment was not processed successfully. A detailed description will be displayed on the Payment Details popup.
    5. Settled - the funds were transferred to the school
