The usual cause of this is additional spacing being inserted. To correct this, navigate to the Contract via

onBoard > Settings > Contract Forms
Click edit into the Contract in question
Within the HTML in the text box, in the Table Style code insert
margin-top: -400px
For example,
<table style="width: 100%; margin-top: -400px;">
  <tr>

Alternatively, if you just remove all the spaces in the HTML code that should also help. For example this:
<table style="width: 100%; margin-top: -400px;">
  <tr>
<th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Annual Percentage Rate</th>
    <th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Finance Charge</th>
    <th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Amount Financed</th>
    <th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Total of Payments</th>
    <th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Total Sale Price</th>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The cost of your credit as a yearly rate.</td>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The dollar amount the credit will cost you.</td>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The amount of credit provided to you or on your behalf.
  </td>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The amount you will have paid after you have made all payments as scheduled.</td>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The total cost of your purchase on credit.</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
      <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">
        100
        </div> </td>
<td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">
        200
        </div> </td>
<td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">
        300
        </div> </td>
<td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">
        400
        </div> </td>
<td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">
        500
        </div> </td>
  </tr>
</table>

 If you remove all the extra spacing:
<table style="width:100%; table class: equal-width"><th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Annual Percentage Rate</th><th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Finance Charge</th><th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Amount Financed</th><th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Total of Payments</th><th style="text-align:center; width: 50px">Total Sale Price</th><tr><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The cost of your credit as a yearly rate.</td>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The dollar amount the credit will cost you.</td>
    <td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The amount of credit provided to you or on your behalf.</td><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The amount you will have paid after you have made all payments as scheduled.</td><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center; width: 50px">The total cost of your purchase on credit.</td></tr><tr><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">100</div> </td><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">200</div> </td><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">300</div> </td><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black">400</div> </td><td style="padding-right: 10px; text-align:center" width="20%"><div style="border: 3px solid black"> 500</div> </td></tr></table>
