When reviewing deceased constituent records, one may encounter the following error on the constituent page:
Error: The specified page could not be loaded. Data form could not be loaded. Error converting data type char to datetime. - When viewing a deceased constituent's record
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Navigate to any constituent record. On the Personal Info tab, click Mark deceased. The Mark individual deceased window pops up. 2. In the Mark individual deceased window, leave all the fields blank and click Save. You're taken to the Deceasing Options page. 3. On the Deceasing Options page, click Mark reviewed under Tasks. 4. Navigate back to the now-deceased constituent's record. Receive error.
