I still have students enrolling for this current year and I am not ready to begin enrollment for next year, but the new families' accounts are under the next school year. How can we be sure that the families enroll in the correct school year?
The enrollment school year is automatically changed sometime in the fall. If you have ongoing enrollment, please contact Blackbaud Customer Support to change your enrollment school year to the current session.
You can view the enrollment year setting by:
Go to enrollwithsmart.com
Click on Create New Account
Enter your Smart School ID then click your school name
View the school year after the school name
Note: Keep in mind that you will need to contact us after your current school year enrollment ends to change the setting back to the upcoming school year.
