Each family's account has a Payment History tab. The Payment History will list all payments applied to the account, including in-school payments, failed payments, and transferred payments. You can also view the  payment status descriptions on the Payment History tab.

To view the Payment History:
  1. Login to the applicable school year
  2. Hover your mouse over the Families tab > click on View all Families or View all Students
  3. Type the name of the family or student in the Filter Family list, then select the account
  4. On the left side of the green ribbon, hover your mouse over the blue box with a white arrow
  5. Click on Payment History
  6. Click on each payment amount to view the Payment Details
  7. Click on View Payment Allocation to see the payment allocation
  8. Click on Edit Payment allocation to unallocate a payment
