- In the RE or FE NXT web view, click the Database icon.
- Click My Sessions in the drop-down menu to load any active sessions.
- If a Citrix session(s) appears, click Terminate my sessions.
- Attempt to open the database view again.
After being abruptly disconnected from the database view of an application residing in the Blackbaud SKY environment, users may encounter an unresponsive, hung, or stuck application when attempting to log back in. Rather than using Task Manager (Windows PC) to end Citrix and related processes or rebooting your machine, follow the steps below to close the session and have the ability to get back into the application immediately.
Symptoms can be any of the below but are not limited to:
