In order to locate a family, the family ID number should be verified. The family ID number consists of the school ID for the 1st 5 digits, then the school year for the middle 2 digits and the rest is unique to the family's account. The middle 2 digits are the identifier as to what school session the account is listed under.
Newly enrolled families via our site will put the account in the parent registration folder. If your account has a settings requirement such as an enrollment/registration fee required at registration, the account will be in the active list. To view all of your families account in the enrollment section, hover over the enrollment tab and select All Families. This will display all account in the system for that school year that you are within.
