ETL Refresh process runs endlessly without processing any packages

You might encounter a situation where the ETL Refresh process runs for several hours, or perhaps even days, without processing any packages.
To fix this issue follow the steps below:

1) Kill the current ETL refresh process is running without processing any packages.
2) Drop the Database Snapshot (if it exists).
3) Drop the existing Blackbaud Data Warehouse (BBDW) database.
4) Redeploy the BBDW.
5) Verify no errors occurred and the packages were moved from the source folder to the destination.
6) Reset the ETL.
7) Run the ETL Refresh process (preferably after hours to avoid performance issues and possible complications).
