Analyze not updating with specific completed actions

When viewing actions in Analyze, users are noticing that some actions do not show, when they meet all of the criteria.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Fundraiser in NXT Web View
2. Go to Analyze > Actions.
3. Filter on action date that includes the action, all Status, all Types, all Categories 
4. Constituent is not there although he has an action to that Fundraiser that meets the critiera

5. Go to List > Actions.
6. Filter on action date that includes the action for the fundraiser, all status, all types, all categories
7. Constituent is listed.
