Email report shows more conversions than came into the NetCommunity plugin

After sending an email and viewing the email report, you may notice that the report shows more conversions than transactions you received in your merchant account and/or the NetCommunity plugin in The Raiser's Edge.
This can be caused by a registrant starting an event registration form, proceeding to the payment page, but not completing the transaction. We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
