- From the Manage Families page, click on the name of the family in blue in the Family Name column, which lands on the Family Details page.
- From the Family Details page, scroll down the Application Notes and History section.
- Click the green plus/add button, enter text in the appropriate fields.
- Not all of the other optional fields are functional - however Save to Family Report does work and should be marked to Yes. The note created will be viewable on page 2 of the Family Report.
- Click Save (Mark As Complete does nothing at this time).
