Sometimes when processing applications, a manager might come to one that says Error Cannot be processed but doesn't see anything that would cause that to happen. What is stopping my application from processing?
If Custom Candidate Fields are being used on the application and the school deletes one from onBoard > Settings > Admission Options, it doesn't delete it from the Application in use. A prospective parent may then submit this application which the system won't be able to process as the field doesn't exist anymore to map it to.
